What is Self Love ? Self - Love is the act of showing yourself forms of love , appreciation ,acceptance, kindness , respect and support . Self-Love is tending to your needs , setting healthy boundaries , sticking to your morning/night routines . Self - Love is something we need to give ourselves throughout life not only so we can be happy , but so we can be well in all aspects of our life .
