Our Shipping Policy :
By purchasing from Soul Shop you acknowledge you are responsible for your package once it is shipped. In the rare event your package has been lost or stolen , we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will not provide a refund , unless your items are faulty incorrect or missing , refunds will take 7 -15 business days to process . Please note some items may be shipped separately. In the case you have not received an update on your package or your items are faulty , please contact us via our email thesoulshopinc@gmail.com and someone will get back you within 48 - 72 Hours. Incomplete Address Returns and orders that are returned to us due Incomplete/incorrect address are issued a store gift card or store credit .
Payment Processing & Shipping :
Soul Shop Accepts : VISA , MasterCard , American Express , Discover , JCB , DinersClub , ShopPay , Apple Pay , & Google Pay . Please allow 5 - 7 business days for payments to process , your package will be shipped once your payment is processed.
Delivery Times & Arrival:
Soul Shop is a small team of people fulfilling orders. Although we have many products in - shop shipping times may vary and MAY EXTEND sometimes due to availability of merchandise or because of our partnered vendors . Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays , we ship with various delivery services , including USPS , Amazon & Pitney Bowes. Our products typical arrive within two weeks , as there may be delays due to external circumstances happening . Delivery time typically includes payment processing time & standard delivery time .
