The item is unique and soothing to have when it is lit. However, I noticed the pink cone it comes with stains the table you have it on so ensure you have a cover underneath or elevate it. I tried using a different cone but it smokes up as opposed to the fountain-like state it's supposed to be in. Not sure if I have a defective product and I tried reaching out but didn't hear back.
